If you are enrolled in the Standard Plan, you can upgrade to the Premium Plan by paying the difference calculated on the basis of the number of days remaining in the valid term of the plan contract. In this case, the remaining number of days at the time of upgrading will be the valid term for the first month of enrollment in the Premium Plan, and the CP balance will be carried over at the time of the upgrade.
